DROP-IN

A drop-in service is available in our Inchicore and Bluebell services.

The drop-in provides a safe, non-judgemental space for our clients in a social setting. For many people this is the first point of contact with the project and it can often be the starting point for someone to address their substance use.

The Bluebell drop-in runs on Thursdays from 2.00-3.30pm.
The Inchicore drop-in runs on Fridays from 2.00-3.30pm.

No appointment is necessary.

Parents drop-in

PARENTS DROP-IN

A parents drop-in service is available in our Inchicore every two weeks.

This drop-in service is open to parents of children who attend Frontline’s Children’s Project and parents of children in the community. It provides a safe, non-judgmental space for parents in a social setting. Call in for a cup of tea or coffee, a chat and learn some parenting skills to add to your toolkit – shared by the team from the Children’s Project.

The parents drop-in runs every second Wednesday from 9.30-11.00am in Kavanagh House, Inchicore.

No appointment is necessary.

Addiction Support Group

Our 8 week Addiction Support Programme is aimed at individuals who want to make change around their addiction. Through a series of psycho-educational workshops focusing on addiction and its related complications, a safe space is created for participants to form a support group. Through this, participants share their experiences and allow self-development through the use of art as a therapeutic approach.

The level of change is dependent on the individual; such as wanting to stabilise or focus on harm reduction; to engaging in a community detox or residential treatment. Others might be looking to move into recovery or to make progression in their professional and personal lives.

The programme is based in our Bluebell, Dublin 12 office and runs once a year on Tuesday afternoons and Thursday mornings. It can be accessed by anybody living in the Dublin area. If you are interested in taking part please fill in our online contact form.

12 Week Stablisation Programme

Frontline’s 12 week psycho-educational stabilisation programme – Connections – runs two mornings and two afternoons per week. The programme is aimed at individuals in recovery from substance misuse or who are motivated to change their substance use. It focuses on four key areas of development: Stabilisation, Health (Personal & Mental), Personal Development and Progression & Choices.

Participants have weekly one-to-one check-ins to support them through the 12 weeks and to also identify their next steps upon completion of the programme. This may involve starting a CE Programme, returning to education or employment or a referral into treatment.

The Connections Programme is based in our Bluebell, Dublin 12 office and runs twice yearly. It can be accessed by anybody living in the Dublin area. If you are interested in taking part please fill in the online contact form.
