OUR TEAM

He joined the organisation as the new Director of Inchicore and Bluebell Community Addiction Team (Frontline was previously called IBCAT) in November 2014. Stuart has a First Class Honours Masters Degree in Management Community and Voluntary Sector and his Master’s thesis investigated developing a green social enterprise. He also sat on Mentor Iontach which was the advisory group for the Msc in Social Enterprise run by DCU Ryan Academy.
He also has a passion for music and has been seen fronting a dodgy Dr Feelgood tribute band in Dublin. His other passion is old vintage VW campervans and he has been been seen at many a motorway service station with his van waiting for the AA.

Corrine has gained vast knowledge and experience from working across various addiction services for over 14 years. She has experience of working in community addiction projects - including youth addiction services, residential treatment services, homeless services and more recently had a direct role in informing and shaping drug and alcohol policy advocating for ‘communities of interest’ in the National Drug Strategy.
Corrine has completed a Masters in Addiction Studies and has an honours degree in both Social Science and Social Care and she is also an accredited addiction counsellor with ACI.

Rachel has a BA in Early Childhood Care and Education and is trained in the HighScope Curriculum. Her background is in Montessori and play-based curricula. Rachel is passionate about children’s autonomy, creativity and happiness. She keeps these values at the core of her practice and at the centre of the Project.

He has a passion for Social Enterprises, and was the Founder and CEO of Hand on Heart Enterprises for 7 years. A personal career highlight was winning a 2011 Arthur Guinness Foundation Award for developing this innovative social enterprise organisation.
Good governance and compliance is what Jamie aims to achieve in his day-to-day working life whilst being part of exciting projects. Having recently spent 6 years with the Health Service Executive, he was able to work closely with many organisations that are navigating the ever changing compliance world.
On a personal front Jamie is very proud of his 19 year old daughter Katie. He enjoys cycling and being among the many people in Dublin who are leaving the car behind to enjoy the benefits of cycling.
Inchicore

Sabrina has an honours degree in Social Care, a Diploma in Childcare and a Level 7 Certificate in Addiction Studies. She has experience of working in the community with vulnerable adults and children in many different settings.

Katie has a BA honours degree in Psychology and a diploma in Addiction Studies. Before joining Frontline, she worked in the homeless sector. She has a particular interest in dual diagnosis and mental health, and has trained in ASIST, Mental Health First Aid, and the therapeutic use of mindfulness.

Jason has extensive experience in addiction support services in Dublin and has an interest in the area of restorative justice, in which he gained a qualification from Maynooth University in 2023.

In 2020 I started my training as a Counsellor/Psychotherapist, and I am currently halfway through an Honours Degree.

Shirley’s passion is gender specific women's groups that specialise in supporting participants in a group setting and through one-to-ones.
In addition to studying for her level 9 in Trauma Informed Care, Shirley is also a Reiki Master.

Kevin’s current role in Frontline involves providing key administrative support, primarily to the addiction and childcare teams, ensuring that daily administrative and related back-office tasks are completed efficiently and on time, as well as assisting in the provision of training to new admin staff participating on the CE scheme.
Kevin has an honours degree in history and sociology from Maynooth University, as well as certificates from both the National College of Ireland and Pulse College.
Bluebell

Jason has extensive knowledge of the housing sector and treatment services within the community. His expertise in facilitating group work is utilised in his facilitation of our Frontline Make Change and Frontline Connections Programmes. Jason’s main skills include Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. He has a Level 7 in Addiction Studies from Maynooth College.

North Inner City Community Addiction Team

With experience of working in the voluntary community and housing services, Brian is skilled in working in addiction treatment and prevention, client engagement, crisis intervention, case management, care planning, interagency collaboration, group work and one-to-one intervention skills, using the continuum of care model in the addiction/recovery field.

Throughout her career, Alison has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to supporting individuals and families affected by addiction, combining compassion, clinical expertise, and evidence-based practice to promote sustainable recovery.
Alison holds a Level 7 qualification in Addiction Studies and a Level 8 qualification in Intervention and Counselling Skills from Dublin City University (DCU). She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Addiction Recovery and Gambling Studies in Griffen college, further deepening her knowledge and expanding her expertise in addressing complex and emerging issues in addiction services.
In her leadership role, Alison oversees recovery programs, facilitates Tier 4 interventions, and mentors multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centred, trauma-informed care. Her professional philosophy emphasises empowerment, resilience, and the transformative potential of recovery.
Alison continues to be a respected voice in the addiction recovery community, known for her integrity, empathy, and dedication to improving outcomes for those navigating recovery journeys.


Alannah has a BA in Psychology and Sociology and Level 7 Certificate in Addiction Studies from Maynooth University and is currently studying for a Masters in Psychotherapy in DCU.
