Frontline

Bikes

Frontline Bikes social enterprise is all about second chances and fresh starts. We run two interconnected services: the Frontline Bikes Upcycling & Training Unit and Frontline Bikes Retail Unit. Together, they create opportunities for people who’ve been impacted by substance misuse or the criminal justice system to learn new skills, build confidence, and move forward in life.

CYCLE MECHANIC TRAINING PROGRAMME

Our accredited training programme in Cycle Mechanics aims to provide people with a background of addiction, long-term unemployment, or a criminal record with an opportunity to upskill and gain a qualification.

FRONTLINE BIKES
RETAIL UNIT

Our retail unit in Inchicore offers bike servicing and repairs, and secondhand bikes for sale. The bikes that we sell have all been donated to us and are upcycled in our Training Centre.

A SECOND CHANCE

As shown on RTE News in 2022. Our Frontline Bikes assistant shop manager, Ger, shares his story about his path out of addiction through recovery and into the workshop in Frontline Bikes.
