Chief Executive Officer

Stuart Fraser

Stuart has over 25 years experience working in health care and social enterprises as a nurse and manager in Scotland, England and now Ireland.

Stuart has over 25 years experience working in health care and social enterprises as a nurse and manager in Scotland, England and now Ireland. His experience includes working in the NHS, voluntary sector, trading and service delivery social enterprises all in the drug treatment sector.

He joined the organisation as the new Director of Inchicore and Bluebell Community Addiction Team (Frontline was previously called IBCAT) in November 2014. Stuart has a First Class Honours Masters Degree in Management Community and Voluntary Sector and his Master’s thesis investigated developing a green social enterprise. He also sat on Mentor Iontach which was the advisory group for the Msc in Social Enterprise run by DCU Ryan Academy.

He also has a passion for music and has been seen fronting a dodgy Dr Feelgood tribute band in Dublin. His other passion is old vintage VW campervans and he has been been seen at many a motorway service station with his van waiting for the AA.

Corrine Doyle

Corrine’s role involves the day-to-day operational management of the Frontline Addiction Service, in addition to supporting the development of and providing direct support and supervision to the addiction team.

Corrine’s role involves the day-to-day operational management of the Frontline Addiction Service, in addition to supporting the development of and providing direct support and supervision to the addiction team.

Corrine has gained vast knowledge and experience from working across various addiction services for over 14 years. She has experience of working in community addiction projects - including youth addiction services, residential treatment services, homeless services and more recently had a direct role in informing and shaping drug and alcohol policy advocating for ‘communities of interest’ in the National Drug Strategy.

Corrine has completed a Masters in Addiction Studies and has an honours degree in both Social Science and Social Care and she is also an accredited addiction counsellor with ACI.

Children’s Project Manager

Rachel Wasser

Rachel has been working with Frontline since 2019. She works in The Children’s Project as the Childcare Manager.

Rachel has been working with Frontline since 2019. She works in The Children’s Project as the Childcare Manager. She is responsible for the safety and well-being of the children as well as the supervision and development of staff in The Children’s Project.

Rachel has a BA in Early Childhood Care and Education and is trained in the HighScope Curriculum. Her background is in Montessori and play-based curricula. Rachel is passionate about children’s autonomy, creativity and happiness. She keeps these values at the core of her practice and at the centre of the Project.

Jamie Regan

Jamie Regan

Jamie has 30 years of management experience. Originally from Perth, Western Australia he traded in working for the Australian public service to come to Ireland and pursue a career in both the public and voluntary sector.

He has a passion for Social Enterprises, and was the Founder and CEO of Hand on Heart Enterprises for 7 years. A personal career highlight was winning a 2011 Arthur Guinness Foundation Award for developing this innovative social enterprise organisation.

Good governance and compliance is what Jamie aims to achieve in his day-to-day working life whilst being part of exciting projects. Having recently spent 6 years with the Health Service Executive, he was able to work closely with many organisations that are navigating the ever changing compliance world.

On a personal front Jamie is very proud of his 19 year old daughter Katie. He enjoys cycling and being among the many people in Dublin who are leaving the car behind to enjoy the benefits of cycling.

Sabrina O'Neill

Sabrina O’Neill

Sabrina has been working in Frontline since January 2018 and has previously held the roles of Addiction Practitioner and Senior Addiction Practitioner.

Sabrina has an honours degree in Social Care, a Diploma in Childcare and a Level 7 Certificate in Addiction Studies. She has experience of working in the community with vulnerable adults and children in many different settings.

Katie Dawkins

Katie has been with Frontline since May 2021. Katie works as an Addiction Practitioner in Kavanagh House in Inchicore, where she supports clients one-on-one through care planning and keyworking.

Katie has been with Frontline since May 2021. Katie’s current role is as an Addiction Practitioner in Kavanagh House, where she supports clients one-on-one through care planning and keyworking. She also co-facilitates the drop-in service and sessions for the Make Change and Connections programmes.

Katie has a BA honours degree in Psychology and a diploma in Addiction Studies. Before joining Frontline, she worked in the homeless sector. She has a particular interest in dual diagnosis and mental health, and has trained in ASIST, Mental Health First Aid, and the therapeutic use of mindfulness.

Jason Campbell

Jason has been working with Frontline since 2022. In addition to his role as senior addiction practitioner, he also works with men and women in prison with the purpose of providing support upon release.

Jason has extensive experience in addiction support services in Dublin and has an interest in the area of restorative justice, in which he gained a qualification from Maynooth University in 2023.

Eddie Kelly

Eddie Kelly

Eddie Kelly has been working at Frontline as an addiction practitioner since March 2024. He has worked in the area of addiction support since 2016.

I have always had a passion for helping people, especially people in addiction. In 2016 I began on my journey towards working in the sector of addiction as a volunteer, and to date, I have worked in a residential treatment centre and a day programme service providing support to individuals in group settings, along with on a 1-1 level. I am currently completing a level 7 Diploma, in Drug and Alcohol Addiction with Limerick University.

In 2020 I started my training as a Counsellor/Psychotherapist, and I am currently halfway through an Honours Degree.

Shirley has been working in the area of addiction support since 2017 as a peer-to-peer facilitator and joined Frontline in 2024.

Shirley’s passion is gender specific women's groups that specialise in supporting participants in a group setting and through one-to-ones.

In addition to studying for her level 9 in Trauma Informed Care, Shirley is also a Reiki Master.

Kevin Forde Quinlivan

Kevin Forde Quinlivan

Kevin joined the Frontline team in July 2019, working initially in a general administrative capacity.

Kevin’s current role in Frontline involves providing key administrative support, primarily to the addiction and childcare teams, ensuring that daily administrative and related back-office tasks are completed efficiently and on time, as well as assisting in the provision of training to new admin staff participating on the CE scheme.

Kevin has an honours degree in history and sociology from Maynooth University, as well as certificates from both the National College of Ireland and Pulse College.

Jason Gallagher

Jason has been working with Frontline since 2021. He has worked in the community sector since 2015 and spent 6 years working with a homeless organisation, of which 3 years were spent in a recovery residential service.

Jason has extensive knowledge of the housing sector and treatment services within the community. His expertise in facilitating group work is utilised in his facilitation of our Frontline Make Change and Frontline Connections Programmes. Jason’s main skills include Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. He has a Level 7 in Addiction Studies from Maynooth College.

Brian Mitchell has a Higher National Diploma focused in Addiction Prevention and Treatment from Maynooth University and has been working at Frontline since 2024 and working in the voluntary community sector since 2016.

Brian Mitchell has a Higher National Diploma focused in Addiction Prevention and Treatment from Maynooth University and has been working at Frontline’s NEIC Alcohol Service since 2024 and has been working in the voluntary community sector since 2016.

With experience of working in the voluntary community and housing services, Brian is skilled in working in addiction treatment and prevention, client engagement, crisis intervention, case management, care planning, interagency collaboration, group work and one-to-one intervention skills, using the continuum of care model in the addiction/recovery field.

Alison Marie Gray is a Senior Recovery Case Manager and Lead Tier 4 Facilitator at Frontline’s North East Inner City Community Addiction Service (previously Hope Hands On), where she has been a dedicated professional in the addiction and recovery field for over 16 years.

Alison Marie Gray is a Senior Recovery Case Manager and Lead Tier 4 Facilitator at Frontline’s North East Inner City Community Addiction Service (previously Hope Hands On), where she has been a dedicated professional in the addiction and recovery field for over 16 years.

Throughout her career, Alison has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to supporting individuals and families affected by addiction, combining compassion, clinical expertise, and evidence-based practice to promote sustainable recovery.

Alison holds a Level 7 qualification in Addiction Studies and a Level 8 qualification in Intervention and Counselling Skills from Dublin City University (DCU). She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Addiction Recovery and Gambling Studies in Griffen college, further deepening her knowledge and expanding her expertise in addressing complex and emerging issues in addiction services.

In her leadership role, Alison oversees recovery programs, facilitates Tier 4 interventions, and mentors multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centred, trauma-informed care. Her professional philosophy emphasises empowerment, resilience, and the transformative potential of recovery.

Alison continues to be a respected voice in the addiction recovery community, known for her integrity, empathy, and dedication to improving outcomes for those navigating recovery journeys.

Alannah has been working on the Frontline NEIC Addiction Team since 2025. She previously worked in residential homeless services as a keyworker to a caseload of clients with a range of addiction and mental health issues.

Andrew Allen

Andrew joined Frontline Bikes in September 2023. He brings with him a wealth of experience in manufacturing processes and organisation, as well as technical experience, having worked as a motor vehicle technician for a number of years.

Andrew's role at Frontline Bikes is focused on oversight of the training programme and bike shop, upcycling processes and day to day running of the Bluebell facility.

She has worked as an early years practitioner in a range of different childcare services for the last 11 years, with the last 7 years being in community childcare. Abaigh is passionate about play-based learning and supporting children’s social and emotional development in a safe and enriching environment.

Rachel’s journey at frontline began in 2023 as a student on placement, she then returned the following year as the part time childcare practitioner. Rachel has since finished her BA level 8 degree in Early Childhood Care and Education and is now the full-time morning group key worker.
