In 2018, the organisation evolved into Frontline Make Change, reflecting both its growth and its broader vision for supporting positive change in people’s lives. While the name changed, the core mission remains the same: to meet people where they are, support them without judgement, and empower them to move forward.
ABOUT US
Frontline Make Change has its roots in the Inchicore Community Drug Team, which was established in 1999 in response to the growing need for community-based addiction support services. From the beginning, the organisation has been committed to providing compassionate, accessible, and person-centred care to individuals, families, and communities affected by substance use.
SUPPORT WITHOUT JUDGEMENT
COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS
Today, Frontline Make Change operates across multiple locations, including Inchicore, Bluebell, and Dublin’s North Inner City. This expanded presence allows the organisation to reach a wider community, delivering a range of services tailored to local needs while maintaining strong connections with the communities it serves.
Through its work, Frontline Make Change continues to build on decades of experience, combining professional expertise with deep community understanding to support recovery, resilience, and long-term wellbeing.
VALUE DRIVEN
We believe if people are wanting to maintain their lifestyle choice, we will assist to make it as safe as possible, with minimum impact to their family and community.
We are committed to change, quality, honesty, innovation and integrity. These strong values are at the heart of all we do, because we believe in people’s capacity to change.
MAKING AN IMPACT
We believe in making an impact that not only improves the health of the individual, but has a lasting positive impact on the wellbeing of their families, friends and the communities in which they live. People who use our services are not just people with drug and alcohol problems, they are partners, fathers, mothers, sisters, grandmothers, children, brothers, friends, work colleagues and carers.
