Frontline
Counselling
We provide counselling for those struggling with drug misuse or families supporting those with problematic drug or alcohol use.
When a service user is ready they are encouraged to access the counselling service. We offer addiction counselling for those who are willing. We also offer bereavement and suicide counselling in line with the increase in tragic deaths in the community and the worrying rise in mental health issues which we are experiencing.
What is Counselling
Counselling facilitates the space in which the service user can become more aware of the cycle and root of their addiction and identify unhealthy patterns and behaviours in their lives. This awareness empowers them to make positive changes in their lives.

Art Therapy
Art Therapy is a form of Psychotherapy that uses art as a way of communicating.
Using art materials and various interventions can let clients say things they may never have had the words for. It’s non threatening, expressive and can help them express upsetting feelings.
Our approach is integrative and person centred. We believe that every person has infinite possibilities for their lives given the right support.
