The Frontline Connections Programme is for individuals who are looking to stabilise their drug or alcohol use and make change in some way. There is a pre-entry group to see if this is the right programme for you , If you decide it is , it is run over 16 weeks and takes place three mornings and two afternoons per week.
The programme targets individuals over 18 years of age who are contemplating or motivated to initiate change in their lives around their substance use. They feel ready to progress to the next stage within their recovery and may be looking at accessing the labour market, training, treatment or education.
What happens at Frontline Connections?
The programme focuses on four key areas of development, each key area is provided in a four-week block. The four key areas are Stabilisation, Health – Personal & Mental, Personal Development and Progression & Choices. The therapeutic approach is through a Group Work Process and the use of evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy; Motivational Interviewing and One to One Psychoeducational Support.
